General rental conditions

The relationship between the studio GEORGES 2 and the client is subject to these conditions:

1. RENTAL CONDITIONS

• All work carried out at GEORGES 2 results in the establishment of a quote which summarizes the various services and serves as the basis for invoicing.
• The customer declares to have perfect knowledge of the premises, equipment and materials made available to him. He further acknowledges having taken the equipment in perfect working order and undertakes to return it in the same condition.
• In the event of deterioration of the premises, equipment and materials, the repair work will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.

2. RESERVATION

Any reservation confirmed and canceled within less than 5 working days will be charged based on the basic daily rate.

3. INVOICES

The occupancy time of the rented studios is billable:

• per day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• per half day of 5 hours (i.e. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.)
• before 9 a.m. and after 7 p.m., overtime is counted.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Total amount to be paid at the reservation.

Our invoices are payable at our Head Office by transfer.
 

5. INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL

6. COMMITMENT

The client acknowledges the studio GEORGES 2 exempt from all liability. Consequently, the client abandons any recourse against the studio GEORGES 2 and its manager concerning:

• in the event of bodily damage which could occur on the premises to any person present on his behalf,
• in the event of theft,
• in the event of material damage (deterioration of costumes, devices, accessories, documents or any other property) and immaterial damage.

7. RULES

The client undertakes to respect the premises and the neighborhood:

• Remove shoes, wear slippers or overshoes provided by us.
• Do not damage the walls or floor.
